Terms of service
Terms of Service
By purchasing from Game Template Lab, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
Game Template Lab sells digital game source code templates, preview images, documentation, and related files. Products are delivered as digital downloads after purchase.
License
When you purchase a template, you receive a license to use, edit, reskin, and publish a finished game made from that template.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or claim the original template source package as your own product. You may not sell the template itself, whether modified or unmodified, as a competing source code/template product.
Commercial Use
You may use our templates to create and publish your own finished games commercially, including on app stores or other platforms.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for editing, testing, exporting, publishing, and complying with any app store rules, platform rules, tax requirements, or legal requirements related to your finished game.
Software Requirements
Our templates are built for Godot 4.x unless stated otherwise. Basic knowledge of Godot or game development may be helpful.
No Guarantee of Earnings
We do not guarantee that you will make sales, downloads, revenue, rankings, or profit from using our templates.
Intellectual Property
All original template files, code structure, documentation, and placeholder assets remain the intellectual property of Game Template Lab unless otherwise stated. You may not use our store name, branding, logo, or product listings as your own.
Support
We may provide reasonable support for download issues or basic template questions, but we do not guarantee custom development, app store publishing help, or unlimited technical support.
Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once files are delivered or downloaded. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
Changes to Terms
Game Template Lab may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store or products means you accept the current terms.
